From the City's Community Affairs Department...

Mayor Louise Schilling will highlight the current state of the community and  offer a glimpse into Troy’s future at this year’s State of the City Address on  Tuesday, February 5.  Sponsored by Huntington Bank, the luncheon will be held at the Troy Community Center, 3179 Livernois, at 11:30 am.  Mayor Schilling will address her audience at 12:30 pm.  Area business professionals and residents are invited to attend.

“I’m excited to once again have an opportunity to share why Troy is still a great place to live, work, play and invest,” said Schilling. “This address will provide attendees a preview to the City’s present state of affairs and also provide a forecast for Troy’s prospects in the future,” Schilling said.

Reservations can be made through the Troy Chamber of Commerce.  The cost is $26 for Troy Chamber members and $36 for non-members.  Residents who wish to only attend the Mayor’s presentation (no lunch) at 12:30 pm may do so for free by notifying the Chamber ahead of time.
