I received the following email message from my homeowners association...

Someone driving a mid-1990's white Buick Century is suspected of waiting for mail delivery upon which they pilfer the mail in search of personal information and credit cards applied for by the identity thieves.  The Troy Police recommend retrieving your mail upon delivery which will make it more difficult for the identity thieves to gain access to your personal information.
