Continental Interiors, 1210 E. Maple, 12/13, 0830 hrs.
Two male employees, one a 23 year old male from Rochester, the other a 28 year old male from Warren, engaged in an argument with each accusing the other of talking to the other “like a baby.” The argument which occurred outside the building apparently became physical. Neither had visible injuries, however the 28 year old requested EMS and was transported to the hospital. Each claimed the other initiated the assault, however a witness stated the 28 year old admitted initiating the physical contact. Uncertain on charges at this time. 07-46808

’07 Dodge Ram P/U stolen from drive. Complainant just got the truck back from a previous theft.

7-11, 2910 John R, 10/17, 1456 hrs.
Complainant reported a female subject presented four $500.00 Chase Bank traveler’s check to one of his clerks on 10/17. She purchased 6 money orders in varying denominations for the $2000.00 total. Apparently the clerk was not aware of policy prohibiting such transactions/exchanges. On 11/1/07 the same female tried to complete a similar transaction and was denied. Eventually the complainant received word that the original checks were counterfeit. The suspect is a 24 year old female from Clawson who reportedly has relocated to Florida. 07-46670
Complainant reported someone added an unauthorized user to his credit card account after which $5733.77 in fraudulent purchases occurred. 07-46712

Troy Officers responded to one incident involving a family trouble/domestic dispute where investigation revealed no assaults or other crimes occurred, therefore no formal enforcement action was taken.

Entry gained into residence via an unlocked rear door and MP3 player, cell phone, and CD player stolen from a bedroom. 07-46920

Three storage boxes containing miscellaneous tools were stolen from apartment basement storage locker. The locked door was bent to allow access into the unit. 07-46863

Two ’08 Expeditions and a ’08 Ford F-150 parked in lot had doors pried and GPS systems stolen. 07-46832
Malicious Destruction of Property:
Office Lot, 750 Stephenson Highway, 12/12, 1100-1900 hrs.
Ford Fusion parked in lot had three tires slashed. A vehicle, possibly a Ford Taurus, was observed pull up next to the complainant’s parked car. Two occupants exited and were observed bending down near the tires/wheels on complainant’s vehicle. 07-46855

Neiman Marcus, 2705 W. Big Beaver, 12/13, 2017 hrs.
LPO reported a subject entered the store and grabbed a handful of Loro scarves, placed them under his jacket, and left without paying. He was last seen entering the passenger seat of a black Mercedes, which immediately drove off. Stolen: Five scarves with a total value of $1225.00. The license plate on the vehicle registers to a 39 year old female from Highland Park. Suspect: B/M, 40 years old, 6-0, 220 lbs., glasses, wearing a suit and tie, and a long dress coat. 07-46898
Speedway, 2980 John R, 12/13, 1730 hrs.
Complainant reported a W/M, approximately 50 years old, 5-6, 150 lbs., gray hair, thin build entered the store, grabbed several packages of cigars from the tobacco aisle, concealed them in his coat, and then left without paying. He was last seen entering a mini-van. The plate registers to a 50 year old male from Holland, MI and is listed on a ’92 Ford mini-van. Total stolen: approximately $54.00. Second incident involving what appears to be the same suspect over last several weeks. 07-46877
