The City of Troy has been notified by the Court of Appeals that it is denying Hooter's Motion for Peremptory Reversal. The Court of Appeals opined that Hooters failed to establish that the trial court committed a "manifest error" justifying reversal.

While I'm pleased with our second win in Court, everyone should be aware of the fact that there is still an appeal in front of the Court of Appeals that will be decided within the next few months.
