rates, for those who buy now are: $73.50 for Troy residents; $42 for the family
member of a resident who has a pass; $89.25 for a nonresident employee of the
city; $52.50 for a family member of a city employee who has a pass but doesn't
live in Troy; $102.50 for a nonresident; and $59 for a family member of a pass
holder who isn't a Troy resident.
