Altercations/Disorderly Conduct:
Assaults:
Company owner spoke to employee over work problems. Employee with prior temper problems began yelling and screaming at owner. Employee was terminated. Employee proceeded to assault owner and shop supervisor. No injuries; no prosecution. Employee agreed not to return.
Female complainant reported she was assaulted by a female co-worker in the lot over an affair complainant is having w/suspect's soon to be ex-husband. No injuries; not sure on prosecution.

Martell School, 5666 Livernois, 12/1-12/4
Classroom entered via unsecured exterior door. Trash can used to haul away a stereo boom box, digital camera, lava lamp, snacks, and an ID. Stolen items, minus the boom box, recovered in a nearby field by a maintenance worker servicing the drains. 06-45702

Credit, Check, Identity Theft, and other Fraud:
Complainant reported two fraudulent charges against his credit card in Troy. The card was lost/stolen in another jurisdiction.
Complainant discovered two unauthorized phone accounts, and one unauthorized computer company credit account fraudulently opened in his name when he reviewed his credit history.
Domestics/Family Troubles:
Troy Officers responded to one incident involving a family trouble/domestic dispute where investigation revealed no assaults or other crimes occurred, therefore no formal enforcement action taken/required.

Macy's, 2750 W. Big Beaver, 12/4, 1445 hrs.
LPO's reported observing 18 year old female employee from Detroit steal a pair of shoes and shirt. Additional investigation revealed suspect selected several items, but only rang up one of them. She was arrested. Total theft: $401.01. 06-45743

Troy Officers responded to one incident involving an individual experiencing emotional/psychological difficulties and assisted w/transport to the hospital for evaluation/commitment.
Special Events Information:
Niles High School Students Caroling for Cans Tonight
Please join students from Niles High School as they support the annual Troy VFW and Police Holiday Food Drive. The students will be assembling in front of the Kroger's store at Long Lake and Livernois on December 6th from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. to sing holiday carols for donations of non-perishable food to assist with the Food Drive. There will be a pizza party at the school at 4:00 p.m. just before the caroling project. The community is invited to donate and participate. The media is invited to attend.
