Detroit Free Press: Councilwoman appointed chair of CityFutures Panel

Troy City Councilwoman Robin Beltramini has been appointed chair of the 2007 CityFutures Panel on Democratic Governance, a program of the National League of Cities.

Beltramini was vice chair of that panel for 2006. The panel helps National League of Cities members looking to improve their local democracy by urging citizens to get involved in addressing the needs of their communities.
