I had the honor of being the keynote speaker at the United Condominium Owners of Michigan (UCOM) 32nd Annual Seminar on Saturday morning. It was held at the MSU Management Education Center here in Troy.

While at the seminar, I learned that UCOM now allows some residential homeowners associations to become members. With the dissolution of COTHA, that’s good news for homeowner associations in Troy.
