Complainant's wallet was stolen from his unlocked car parked in his open garage. The credit cards were used to make approximately $4000.00 worth of purchases before complainant was able to cancel them. Purchases made for mostly computer and electronics equipment; some clothing. An attempt to purchase diamond earrings was denied, as the cancellation of the cards had gone into effect. 05-43109
Complainant reported he just moved to Troy. When he contacted DTE to activate utilities, he was advised his name and social security number were listed on an account in Hamtramck. Complainant moved from Portage, MI and is not familiar with the Hamtramck address. 05-43118

Kirts, 12/8, 2355 hrs.
Complainant came home to find intoxicated 41-year-old male from Troy in the apartment building. When complainant asked him where he lived, the subject gave complainant's apartment number. Officers located subject standing outside another apartment with his key hanging from the lock. When they checked his ID, they discovered he was in the wrong building, apparently lost due to his state of intoxication. Arrest warrants were located against him from Troy and another jurisdiction. He was arrested. 05-43192
