Well, after nearly three years of Council debates, Council resolutions, Council reconsiderations, and application difficulties, a private group has placed a Nativity display at Troy City Hall. This photo was taken on Saturday, December 17th, around 2:30 pm. I've been informed that the display still needs a few finishing touchs.

If you can't find the display area, it's located on the east side of City Hall next to the Peace Garden and Library.
