Complainant reported when he checked his automated credit account record, he discovered someone made a payment on his account using a check that bounced. There were indications of unauthorized charges, as well. Complainant is concerned fraudulent bank accounts may also have been opened using his identity. 05-43757

S/B I-75 S/O Adams, 12/14, 0147 hrs.
Cell phone caller reported ’06 Chrysler Sebring swerving between the lanes. Officer located it, made similar observations, and stopped it after it exited the freeway at Big Beaver. The 20-year-old male driver from Sterling Heights failed sobriety tests and was arrested. He blew .13 on a breath test.

Complainant had small amount of cash and a credit card stolen from her unlocked employee locker. 05-43802

Marmi Shoe Store, Somerset Connection, 2801 W. Big Beaver, 12/11, 1200-1300 hrs.
Complainant believes her wallet was stolen from her purse while she set it down to try on shoes. When she contacted her credit card company, she learned it had already been used to make in excess of $5500.00 in unauthorized purchases. 05-43838

Lady Foot Locker, Oakland Mall, 412 W. 14 Mile, 12/13, 1700 hrs.
Complainant believes wallet was stolen from her purse while she and her daughter were shopping for shoes. 05-43843

Oakland Mall, 412 W. 14 Mile, 12/13, 1930-2130hrs.
A 16-year-old female complainant from Warren reports an unknown male approached her just after her mother dropped her off. He reportedly struck up a conversation with her and remained with her while she shopped for approximately 2 hours. At the time of the larceny, he was reportedly carrying 2 bags of merchandise with $75.00 worth of purchases she had made, as well as her cell phone, which he was using. As complainant entered a store, she realized he left the area with her property. She provided a limited description: B/M, 28, 6’0, 180, who introduced himself as, “Cheddar.” 05-43865
