According to the Detroit Free Press:

Troy officials plan to look at buying a 1.2-acre site adjacent to city-owned property on Square Lake Road to create a park that could include walking and biking trails, said City Councilman Dave Lambert. While concrete plans for the park are far off -- including a determination as to how much it would cost the city -- having the land as open space would still benefit the community until a park could be developed, Lambert said. The listing price for the property is $254,900. "We don't have a lot of money right now to do park improvements," Lambert said. "But it would help to preserve open space."
